Certplus LTD Actual Test.com Incorrectly charge me for an item and I requested a full refund immeditely after the transaction was completed and am still awaiting my refund. Internet
I purchased an item on line that was originally 268.00 with a 20% discount. When I hit entered the discount was not aplied. I contacted the company immediatley and requested a full refund and was still charged for the merchandise.
