Dear Sir and Madam, I have done business with Bancard Mexico a company associated with Rapid Money Transfer of Texas. The previous owner you mention however has sold the business and the new owner, Juan-Octavio Slim de Carelia has always been upfront and we have never had any issues. Besides the 90 - 120 days it takes to recieve payment which is unfortunately standard in the industry. As for Mr. Chavez, he sold the Company over ten years ago when becoming President of Que Pasa . com prior to becoming public due to a conflict I am told. Since then we have dealt directly with Mr. Slim and only Mr. Slim. The wire transfer business is cyclical and from our understanding is up and down depending on the economy and the competition, Western Union. Therefore I know that many businesses such as PONY and RIA ENVIA are not doing so great based on the current market. I have also heard that Que Pasa stock is under $1.00 per share. Well hope this helps! Keep your eyes open, but also check your facts! If you have any other questions feel free to contact directly! Steven
