Ceyhun JJ Karabagli is just flat out a waste of time. He has many bad qualities and pretty much thinks he runs everything. I have known JJ for about 3 years and use to work in a previous company which he was one of the owners of. This company fell apart sometime around late 2005 (one of the reasons consisting of his poor work ethic).

Mr. Karabagli has promised many people, many things, all in which he claims to do some sort of design work for them. I myself was promised a splash page and logo for a few things that I did for JJ when he was desperate. I was also promised a portfolio website which in return, I would develop (code) his portfolio. I started his main site with the PAGE he provided me with, finished that and created a backend system for his one page design (http://www.jkaygfx.com/). I am yet to see anything out of this after approx. 4 months.

JJ is known to be a good designer, but after recent finds, he is just good at changing colors and using gradients (don't get me wrong, he is good at what he does, but if you want efficiency and don't want to be screwed out of what you pay for, then go somewhere else). Everyone seems to say the same things about Ceyhun, he is lazy, ignores clients, etc all of which are true. It seems that JJ thinks that the world of website development revolves around him. His offers are terrible (pay wise) but luckily I have found one good client that seems to realize that JJ is a hoax.

JJ likes to play the game of cat and mouse (referring to: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff229799.htm) and seems to always be offline when the client is online. Sure, you can try to call JJ, but what/who do you find to answer? Correct! JJ's voicemail. It's a waste of your time to leave a voicemail as he will NOT return your call known from experience as well as clients mentioning this issue to me.

For the most part, all JJ is, is someone who cares more about money then satisfying his clients. Deposits (money down) only make him start the project for about a whole five minutes until he gets lazy and decides to complain. If you are lucky enough to get past this, you are about one in a million. Then, it would consist of him working further on your project just to get paid again because he is low on money.

If you believe any of this information listed above to be false, please, I challenge you to prove me wrong.

I've known Jkay longer then anyone here, I know who XPL is, I know who CGESports is, I mean I've worked with both of the companies. Now, I will admit Jkay is by far the best designer I've ever met when it comes to designs, but one thing I can mention is he also doesn't keep his word. He destroyed his own company GFXconn, he was fired for being cocky when working with BuyCause, LLC. If you look at his portfolio you'll noticed that they're all gaming related, and as Jkay used to play the video games these sites product, it's hard to tell if they're just not his friends trying to help him out. I've been working with Jkay for years, I've worked with him on several sites. You can contact GFXconn, Algarve-Escapes.com, BuyCause.com, RLMX.com, CGESports.com, which you might want to talk to the owner of the company, NOT one of the staff members. Even the owner of CGESports.com will tell you working with Jkay was awful, and he also no longer is affiliated with Jkay. Now as you can tell by the post by the staff person of CGESports.com, he is working with Jkay on projects, so as a friend of Jkays of course he is going to make up stuff to clear his friends name, and I'm sure if you contact him he'll tell you that the company he works for got rid of Jkay. As for the XPL site, they had someone named Mikey working with them along with Jake on that project, which they both had to talk to Jkay to get things done. I wouldn't think much about XPL as they don't even do research on the companies they hire. Their website was taken right down after being hacked because the company they hired didn't a poor job. Now if anyone wants to try argue with anything I said, or want to state any facts against what I said, please feel free too. Jkay is an awesome designer, he has A LOT of talent, but his big head destroys him as a person. His ethics are terrible, and the second he gets tired of something he ends it, without working through it. Another big issue with Jkay is the fact he likes to design things for people, and then when he needs some extra cash he'll edit a few things and sell it to the highest bidder... Don't believe me? Why don't you message him and ask him if he has any designs for any other companies, and then ask him if you pay him like $200.00 will he give you the PSD. He'll do it, even though he'll tell the person he designed it for that he won't.

I'm someone who worked with JJ extensively over the last two years. I can tell you right now, all of what Jake posted before is 100% true, I've seen JJ's actions and heard his complaints since way before XPL and CyberGlobe even came into action. Maybe you didn't get treated as badly as other customers because you paid much more for far little. If you're a HIGH paying customer, with a big website and allow him to have his logo everywhere on it, only need very few pages done, and can pay him absurd amounts like $1000 / week, well you're going to get a nice job done. IF you're just someone who needs a nice quality design but can't afford $3000 / $4000 for 4 pages then DO NOT use JJ, he WILL waste your time and WILL ignore you, WILL NOT return your calls, WILL NOT reply to your IM's, WILL pretend that you do not exist, once you've sent him ANY down payment. The point here is that he is NOT a BAD designer, even I can assure you that. The point is that he ignores clients, takes forever to EVEN START working, most of the times it's just designs to earn his cash and totally disregards the rest, among many other things. There was an incident when 'someone' got JJ a job and he got fired THE DAY AFTER. And the reason was PRECISELY because he 'pretty much thinks he runs everything'. Although I'm not going to tell the story, it's up to the company owner to do so, I can however assure you it was the most IDIOTIC, BRAINLESS, STUPID and RETARDED way to get fired I have ever seen. It truly reflects the way his mind thinks. Summarizing, JJ is simply a big joke. You either throw all of your life savings at him or you'll get screwed. No one can prove me wrong as phone conversations, IM logs, his friends, his former employees, almost EVERYONE that knows JJ agrees with me. That said, I hope Mr. Karabagli STRAIGHTENS UP because despite all of this, I do like his work.

Since there was not an option for a client i picked employee. But thats not the point of this. I am the owner of a gaming league called; Xtreme Professional League. JJ *Ceyhun* was the thrid company i came to for web design work to be done. This person made all the other companys seem like kids were running them. When working with JJ on the Xtreme Professional League website, JJ was allways online and on time to all the meetings that we have setup for him to talk about the project. I would not have worked with anyone else for the amount of money that i was wanting to put into this league and site. I paid over 2,000.00 to get our site done and JJ took that into his mind and made us a layout/logo that we loved right off the back. During the design stage we wanted to change some small things and with most companys at this point would charge us to get changes done but not with JJ. He finished the site in less then one week and we did some changes to how we wanted it and got those done in the same period. I am letting people know that as a client that this statment by Jake is 100% false. Now if you want to talk about a rip-off this is the person to talk about not JJ. I have know JJ for around 2 years now. I've worked with him on various projects in the span of those 2 years. Currently I work with him in the Cyber Globe E-Sports Association and Five Star Cinema. I have always relied on JJ to produce quality work. He has never seized to impress me, and produces work that looks like it would take days to create in just hours. JJ and I are working on various projects at the moment, and plan on working on lots more in the near future. He is an avid media producer that is always willing to work, and produces some of the best designs my eyes have seen. I would recromend him to any person seeking a quality design. To me what you're saying is 100% false because he has never dissapointed me in any way with his services. I hope you have the chance to have a positive relationship with him. - Aaron
