CF capital Mesa AZ Garnished my wages of $8500 Mesa AZ
In 2007 and 2008 they garnished my wages for $8500, I left my job in 2008 leaving a balance of less than $2000. 10 year's have passed and now they're garnishing my wages again for the same $10,000. They got most of their money why can't they just write off the rest since it's been 10 year's plus.
I called and left messages with no response back until I was left no coffee to appeal it in court that's when I get a call back along if I want to settle. No I don't want to settle, I want this dropped and to be left alone alone by your company!
