I ordered a Dallas Cowboys, Ezekiel Elliot women's Color Rush jersey. I was unaware that the NFL does not yet make the Color Rush jersey in women's however, I heard that they were available. Turns out they DO NOT make them in Dallas Cowboys and I'm guessing the other teams. I went to order online and found one on Champsapparel.com. The color and logo to the site was very misleading, as I thought this was the official site of Champs Sports, a popular sports apparel store found in many malls in the U.S. I quickly placed my order in hopes to get it by Christmas and for my wife's birthday. The order confirmation came to my e-mail a few times. I paid extra to have it rushed. When I finally received a tracking number (knowing that it may take a while to leave the warehouse for the busy holiday season) I noticed it was coming from an Asian country. Right then I knew it was a 2nd market product.

Unfortunately I paid $122 for this jersey, thinking it was a legitimate authentic NFL jersey. An e-mail giving me a DHL tracking number also exclaimed that their site was facing network issues and it will take them 7 days to resolve. This website also included my shipping confirmation which is very odd. This e-mail also said contact us "here" for any issues. This is the link: www.justcustomersupport.com/index.php?controller=contact The link led me to a support page asking for name, e-mail, subject and a brief description of my issue. It is not connected to any site whatsoever. I submitted my issue but have yet to have heard anything back. The shipping info and reciept show the sender to be a company called Sera Aspela Co., LTD. apparently located in Japan. A Google search of this company turns up NOTHING. The reciept says I purchased "menswear" for a total of $15.30. I need some kind of resolve to this but am facing the fact I may have been scammed.
