Wow, where to start - Chan lies to your face and is very arrogant. Apparently ran his last company, Eastern Financial, into the ground due to ignoring his duties and regulations.
Anyway, Chan is a bold face liar - tells you one thing to your face and does another. I had the IRS threaten to file charges on me after using his service and filing late. Avoid this corrupt and greedy man at all costs.
