Joel, You said you bought the car in June of 2006 and you are writing the report in June of 2008, the time line just does not add up. I have purchased several vehicles from the Chapman Organization and have had nothing but great experiances from sales to service. I know they stand behind what they sell and happy customers are what they are after. I have referred several friends to them and they have had nothing but positive experiences with them. My roomate works for Ford and said the manufacturer would never void a warranty unless you did some modifications to the car. I hate to say it but your story and timelines just do not add up. If this happened 2 years ago why are you now complaining about it. If the bank sued you that means they repo'd your car and you should have made the payments on time. Chapman gave a copy of the car fax report to me when i bought a used car from them and I did not even ask for one. I have no idea why you are disgruntled but it sounds like you did not handle your business and this was pretty much all on you for not making your payments and the bank repo'd your car. Have some accountability and please tell us the real story.
