Chariot Technology Solutions A company that doesn't like to pay its employees! Morgan Hill California
Its been almost a month now and me, and two other fellow employees that were laid off still have not recieved our final check, despite the claims they were "mailed out" weeks ago.
Nor have we recieved our W2's!
Thats not all...
December 1st: Hire date. Two other gentlemen and I were to be paid salary, checks to be paid on the 1st and 15th of the month.
January 5th: Got our paycheck LATE and were told payment will now be monthly on the 31st of each month (this is not legal in Kentucky from what I can tell)
January 15th: Lay off day. We were told our checks were in the mail on this day.
Feb 10th: Still no check. Several phone calls (only the first of which was answered) and voicemails later, we find out they were sent out on the 30th. Right... Its past the amount of time alloted for an employer to pay their employees their final checks by Kentucky Law, still no check or W2!
Calling the labor board as we speak.
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT LIKE TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES! Also, we were told that they MAY call us back to be rehired, but only if we obtain several Cisco Certifications (Cisco SMBCS certification, basically its so the president of the company can resell Cisco VOIP solutions) and that we would have to pay out of pocket for these. WAKE UP AL! WE CANT GET THEM IF YOU DONT PAY US!
Needless to say, when or IF I am called back for this position, I will not-so-happily decline.

2/12/2009 - Finally recieved my final paycheck, its not for a salary pay (which I was under the impression it would be) an no W2's. Oh well, this fiasco is nearly over.

I've just recieved a letter and a phone call from the President of CTS. The letter states in the last line "CTS will be filing a law suit against you." In the phone call the President demanded I remove the post, or a law suit will be filed. This is not the way to make customers, or even ex-employees, happy. I hope CTS learns this lesson soon, I'd hate to see them go under for one person's negligence.
