Brian Bearden is a deaf guy with a Cochlear Implant who lives in Denver Colorado. He went to Western Oregon University and to Gallaudet University.
He works in Real Estate now, and is a major hustler who is very good at talking you out of your money to "invest" in fictious real estate developments or to help him buy houses as a credit buyer and fix up and sell. Numerous people have lost money to him. He owes money in 6 different states to different people, some as much as $100,000 and shows no intention of paying them back.
If he tries to get you to invest - RUN the other way. There are other more legitimate people out there who have real DEALS.
