Complaint Review: Charles Burt - Doylestown Pennsylvania

 Charles' identity was stolen by his cousin and his conviction carries the name. Charles has never been convicted of any crime. Internet articles have been doctored. All articles are fictitious about the real Charles that we all know and love. He just lost his youngest son in a car accident. He has enough grief in his life. Why don't you all go and do something constructive. This gossip is old news. Some idiot in Europe has rekindled this nonsense.

There are so many people who know Charles and are ready to clear his name, but I must repeat what has already been said......those who know him, will also know all this to be falsely registered by people who can only be defined as losers, completely distrurbed and unhinged. Firstly he is tarnished by his cousin which is bad enough, but then these distressing falseties are entered.

Anybody can make things up, but a man with Charles' true reputation cannot be dishonored. He has a history too rich in success and unrivaled achievement, both professionally and personally. My husband and I worked for Charles for 28 wonderful years, and we owe so much to him. Nobody can rise above his ethics and the morals by which he lives, and demands from those around him also.

As his brother in law, I have known Charles for about 38 years and I can assure you that everything in this report is made up. Charles has practiced law successfullhy since 1978 and has never been involved in the electronics business. The entire report is bogus and when he called me the other day, sickened beyond comprehension, |I couldn't believe it. Nobody knew about this until now.

As for Kamran, he is a friend of the family from the US Army and has been creatively included in the article. Anybody who knows Charles is well aware that he has been so successful that he certainly doesn't need to steal from anybody. This is a combination of identity fraud and sick envy!!

This is criminal behaviour and most assuredly will be addressed, and those in the UK who have chosen to exploit it to damage his reputation within his friend's family should be ashamed of their petit antics. You know who you are!!

My name is Kamran and I was also conned by Charlie Burt. I was deployed to Iraq for a few years and got an email from Charlie off an investors forum I was on. He asked if I would buy iraqi dinars and send them to him for resale, which I did.

He came through on the payments twice in 2006. In 2008 I sent him 5,500 USD worth of Iraqi Dinars and to this day have been in a struggle to see the money. Thanks to him not giving me my money, I was throw into financial turmoil. Everything just seem to spiral downhill after losing that five grand. I had to pull out of a house I was buying, I take care of my family and instead of using that five grand in the bank I had to take a loan to pay my sisters tuition for school and then when the economy took a turn for the worst things got really bad. Things still arent so great, and I'm thinking of accepting a deployment to Afghanistan now just to make some more money. I've emailed him for two years asking and being patient, when all he does is lie to me and never send me anything. He now has even stopped responding to my emails.

I have paper trails of all the emails i've sent and saved them from the last two years where he acknowledges lieing to me, not paying me and taking the dinars. Last month I told him if he didnt pay me, I would start looking into filing a Small claims suit...he never responded back.

Any help or advice in this situation would be great from anyone, otherwise I guess I'll contact the doylestown municipal courts and police department and see if they can be of any assistance.

This vessel he claims he paid $380,000 for and claims it is only worth $150,000 today. The name on the boat is Che-si-dice. He also claims to own a home in Buskill Falls PA, and he testified it is located at 129 Falls Rd. The home is worth over $100,000. From my knowledge after to talking to others who got snookered out of $10-15,000 each, that he has been doing this for some time. As far as I know, no-one has recieved anything for their investments. According to him, he owns nothing and has no assests. I am an Electrical Contractor who wrote him off years ago, until I found out he tried to take advantage of a Vietnam Veteran. So I decide to re-open my suit against him, and seek judgement against him to force him out of business He testified today that he intends to start the same business under a different business name, and he intends to sell the same product again. I chose not to slander the individual who has written this complaint. There are always two sides to every story. We entered into a business agreement which did not result in satisfaction for either party. I have requested a meeting to resolve the issue but the person has refused to meet. I am hoping he will read this and reconsider a meeting to reach a mutual resolution. Thank you.
