Charles Cranston came into my business MANY times and eventually, against my better judgement I switched to his company Titan Merchant Services because he promised me lower rates and better service. EVERYTHING WAS A LIE!! When I received my first statement it was not from his company Titan Merchant Services, it was from I3 Verticals and it was almost DOUBLE my previous bill! I called I3 and they had never heard of Titan Merchant Services. On the comparison Charles provided me before I switched it had Titan as a header with their address so I went by. It is a tiny little office at 2402 52nd Suite 5 and was completely empty (no furniture) and locked down. Considering he will not return or answer my phone calls I am thinking his scam has come to an end. I also contacted the BBB where he said he had an excellent ratings and he is NOT registered with the BBB either. ALL LIES! This has been a nightmare and now I am locked in 2 contracts. If Charles Cranston or anyone from Titan Merchant Services or I3 Verticals comes in your business I would call the police. They are crooks and scam artists. I have read many reviews online after I found myself in this mess and many others have fell victim to Charles as well.

I challenge the writer of this complaint to name your company. this is another company trying to dis credit me. what some companies will do without honor.
