Charles Davis failed to fix a broken heater at 14891 Featherhill Rd Tustin CA 92780 for 3 weeks.
Charles allowed undocumented workers and workers without insurance to conduct work on the house only to blame us in a letter for the heater breaking.
He blamed the property management company for the ordeal but they have supplied documents to show he was responsible.
Charles also failed to offer us any credits for the time we were out of the house while the heater was broken.
He then hired the Law Office of Michael Brennan from Arcadia to negotiate a settlement with us when we offered him the opportunity to work with us directly. He could have saved himself this report and the erroneous monies he spent on the Brennan Law Firm.
The lawyers at the Brennan law firm played games and hide and seek for months while we attempted to get a written agreement in place.
Over 107 emails were exchanged. All of which extremely detailed on our end only to be met with sub-par responses and excuses.
They did a number on us a move out telling us to do things that other property management companies never would have done. We even paid a property management company $125.00 to do an assessment and give us a written report which she stated that the house was in EXCELLENT condition and in better condition then when we moved in.
Never rent this house from this owner.
