Charles E. Davidson was hired to install flooring in my home. After over 90% of the job was completed, I paid in full. He was suppose to return to finish the job but never did. I tried contacting him many times but he blocked my number. I called him from a different line and he answered, only to hang up immediately after realising I was calling.
DO NOT HIRE CHARLES E. DAVIDSON! He took my money and ran.
