On Sat. Feb. 28,2009 I went to PSL Motors and put a 800.00 deposit on a 2001 Mustang Convertible. Charles and Sandy said the total price of the car including warranty and Low Jack was 7500.00. When I went to sign the papers the amount of the car before financing went to 11,000.00. I refused and told Charles and Sandy I would like my deposit back, they told me I would get my deposit back within 7 days. OK, 7 days later , I called Charles to find out where my money is and he stated I was not getting my money back F*** me and go to HE**.

Later on that day after I got off work I went to PSL Motors and Charles called the police on me . The police officer had Charles to sign on the receipt that I would receive my deposit back when the car sold or within 90 days which ever came first. 90 Days, I called Sandy and she told me to come to the office and she would give me my money , So I went the same day during normal business hours the shop was closed down and Sandy and Charles would not answer there phones.

Today I went to court neither one of them showed up. So, I guess I won the judgment due to default , Now how am I supposed to get the money. The funniest part of the story is that even though Charles and his wife didn't show up 3 other people did ( they were also suing them )

You Charles are a joke a complete junkie and a nobody. Everything you said in your rebuttal is a lie. I did sue you and won however never yet received any funds from you. Sure I can take you back to court for failure to pay but I am a working women, home owner, mother and don't have time to waste worrying about you or a lousy thousand dollar. I know you and your UNGLy AZZ will get what you deserve by screwing with the wrong one. In this economy someone is liable to do bad things to con artist like you. P.S. please stop abusing your kids. They are innocent victims. FYI; pull of his criminal record as Charles is a real winner :)

What you failed to mention

It is truly amazing to me that you neglect to mention that
1.) You had us hold the car for more than 4 weeks before you decided you did not want it.
2.) You were completely aware of the cost of financing, warranty and vehicle tracker before you signed any paperwork.  We actually had you sign a form showing all these charges before you gave us any money.
3.) You did receive your money back.  It was sent as a check as we told you it would be. According to the post office deliver confirmation, it was received someone at your residence 3 days after we sent it.

You also did not disclose that from the moment you came in the first time, you swung back and forth like a pendulum (your moods).  Whoever you kept speaking to on the phone - first you yelled at them, then, you were all sweet, and five minutes later you yelled at them again.

You were not responsive to phone calls we placed to you while we were holding the vehicle and when you did finally show up, you were irate when we told you that we cannot just give you cash back.  That it has to come to you in the form of a check.  Then, even though the post office says you received the check and "someone" (according to you) cashed it (it was made out to you).  You did not get it.

The truth is the truth.  If you really filed any kind of lawsuit (which you did not), you would have won if all you said was true.  The truth is you did not file anything because you knew you were not going to be able to support your claims.

Even though you won the judgement by default, there is no real way to make them pay up.You can go through the hassle of trying to have thier wages garnished. It is a big headache though.
