Charles Hain Chuck hain Con artist..owns multiple properties that are fraudulant. Was on the newdms and google for renting homes he didn't own and taking money from people. Currently owes IRS upwards to 1 million dollars due to all his scamming. Dont rent or do business with this man. Rochester New York

Con artist! Don't do business with this man unless you don't like you're money. Hes been on the news and on google for ripping people off. Pretending to be a owner of a property and taking security deposits and rent only to find the property is either foreclosed or bank owned. He ows the IRS upwards of 1million due to his frauds and scams. He owns multiple properties and most have been seized. States attorny general is aware of this con artist as well. Hes beyond a slumlord.
