CHARLES MATTHAU FRAUD LIAR THIEF AND BOILER ROOM SCAMMER, DO NOT INVEST MONEY WITH THIS MAN. YOU WILL LOOSE ALL OF YOUR LIFE SAVINGS. HIS BOILER ROOM TELEMARKETING COMPANY IS FINAL CUT PRODUCTIONS.
USED TO BE MONARCH PRODUCTIONS BUT, THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF CALIFORNIA ISSUED A CEASE AND DESIST ORDER ORDERING THE COMPANY TO SHUT DOWN. HIS FRONT MAN AND STOOGE FOR THE BOILER ROOM FINAL CUT PRODUCTIONS IS MR STEVE BEREZ A SIXTY YEAR OLD MAN THAT I AM TOLD IS THE LEADER OF A TEENAGE ROCK AND ROLL BAND.
I WAS TOLD ALL OF THESE THINGS BY SOMEONE FROM HIS OWN COMPANY UNDER THE PROMISE OF ANNONIMITY AND PROMISE I WOULD NOT DIVULGE HIS NAME. THIS INDIVIDUAL TOLD ME THAT HE IS TONE DEAF AND EMBARRASSING ON STAGE AND FORCES HIS STAFF TO ATTEND HIS PERFORMANCES THAT HE HAS TO PAY IN ADVANCE TO BE SHOWCASED BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BAD.
Mr Matthau took 60,000 dollars in the beginning and then a second man called me back from final cut productions claiming Mr Matthau needs more money for Freaky Deaky. They told me if I did not put more money in I could loose my original investment. That is extortion and intimidation. I was afraid to loose my money so I gave in and gave him more money from own personal IRA account.
After almost 3 years and over 100 phone calls I have not been been able to get ahold of him and have not been sent any tax statements to at least claim as a loss. Upon investigation I have learned that 34 other investors have filed government complaints against MR Matthau.

will this convicted felon with nothing but time on his hands ever stop lying? denied the opportunity to produce and raise money for the film freaky deaky because of the fact he is a convicted felon and no one would work with him, and a recent stay in prison, and now out on the street, is again posting accusations which have no merit or basis in fact. the many victims of gary arnold know what this scum bag is about, and his continued posts on sites like this prove that this insect has nothing better to do with his time. he is well kown for civil harassement with numerous restraining orders in place against him. i assume sites like these are all he has left to spit out his vile self hating and anger at others. watch out for him using an alias or dba to scam you.

because he wouldn't let Arnold participate in his film Freaky Deaky. So Arnold has nothing better to do, now that he has been released from jail, than to badmouth Matthau on the internet. He uses multiple fake names, and lies his a*s off. For more info. on Gary Arnold (tip of the iceberg) please check out this ripoff report website "Gary Arnold film scam." There are also various records available on the California criminal record sites, under his real name Gary Aronovitch, or something like that. Matthau even has a phone message from Arnold telling him that he was going to attempt to smeer his name in this manner. If Mr. Arnold had any assets, he would be sued, but there are several judgements vs. this deadbeat already. It's unfortunate that we have to deal with crazy losers with nothing to lose but their own time, but this is life in the age of the internet.
