Charlie Grant CHARLIE GRANT DID NOTHING TO PROTECT HIS MOTHER FROM BEING MOLESTED. ONLY HER HUSBAND JERRY HUSBAND FOUGHT FOR HER RIGHTS Hartwell, Georgia
Eric Leavell and his partner molested my wife OF 25 years, Jane G, who now has advanced Alzheimers disease. What took place is that they entered my home, undressed Jane nude and put on a slip and a
new dress and brought her to my office in Atlanta and said look how beautiful we have made her. What right did Eric Leavell and his partner have to go into my home without me being there and dressing and undressing my wife? That is breaking and entering. They had no rights to be in that house. Eric nor his
partner were in charge of taking care of her. Jane told me later that they touched her all over.
Stacy Si, Janes caretaker, has often complained that Erics partner was coming in and out of the house, going in all of the rooms when nobody was home.
I reported this to the Grant boys, Jimmy and Charlie, and to Ann Herrera, her conservator, who is now under investigation for her activities as an attorney, and nobody did anything about it. The courts were also informed by letter that this took place and we have not heard back from the courts until this date. I am now in the process of filing a police report in Fulton County Georgia of what took place and when they brought her to the office to show me what was done, there were witnesses.
The conservator, Ann Herrera, receives an annual fee and doesnt want to disturb her annual income.
Please read the attached memorandum which will explain why the conservator and Grant boys did nothing.
