Charmed Lifes Pet Rescue no longer has the 501c3 status. They do not vet their dogs, kennels them in a small wire kennel and never let out to run. Many dogs have died there. Owner Gwen has also been known to breed the dogs. It is all about the money that they can get. She also married a sex offender.
