Hello Not550, My name is Josh Chapman and I am a Communications Specialist with Charter Communications. I sincerely apologize for the problems you have had with your email service and lack of resolution. I would like to help you find out what is causing the spam errors as well as get you any needed information about a Charter Business account if that will suit your needs better. Please email me your Name, Address, and Phone number to [email protected] with my name, Josh, in the subject line. I look forward to seeing this through to resolution for you. Josh

I cannot stand businesses that want you to subscribe to a service that their Reps never tell you about, even when asked. I do operate a business from my home and I made that clear when I started with Charter. I was told by your Reps which "Bundle" would suit me best and that was that. I'm more than willing to subscribe to your HINT HINT business plan, but in order to do so I'll need a rep on the other end of the line that knows what it is, how much it costs and the ever-important detail of how to switch my account to this type of service. So, with that, it appears as though I'll be staying with the plan I'm currently on - because there's no hope of Charter having product knowledge and the ability to communicate it to their new and existing customer base. Thanks for the worst, most unreliable Internet and e-mail service I've ever experienced.

I must ask if you subscribe to Charter Residential Internet or Charter Business. If you run a business out of your home and have residential service then you are violating Charter's Terms of Agreement. Also most users of residential dont e-mail in bulk like you may be doing and if thats the case you may have been flagged by Charter as a spammer. However most likely you are using outlook or outlook express and have a problem with that program which we dont support as it is a Microsoft product. Try a repair or reinstall of your e-mail program. I personally cant stand people that run a business out of their home and have resedential internet service and expect us to be out there to fix the internet when down within 24 hours. Charter Business however will. Hint Hint to all the ones out there with a small home business
