I recently opened a new business in Tn and sought out an internet , IP phone system for my company. Charter said they could install on the date I needed. Never happened. Cost me HUNDREDS in advertising and could not open my business due to not having phone service to run my credit card machine. YOU should go somewhere else for service if you can. They lie to get your signature and the 800 customer service tries to make you feel like it's your fault.
