Closed only facility in Bloomington without notice. next closest facilities are roughly 40-50- miles away.Continued to bill. Would not accept email or phone call to cancel. After resorting to credit card dispute and contemplation of small claims and other actions, the billing company (ABC Billing) finally decided to be "understanding". The gym that was chosen by Charter to honor the remaining agreements was inconvenient and 4x cost. IT ISNT THE MONEY, it is the arrogance. No respect and no sign of their motto (All Fitness No Hassle)
