Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In October of 2003, we received a phone call from Chase Bank apparently asking if we wanted to try payment protector free of charge for a short period. (I learned that from an operator there looking at our account.) Since that time, my husband and I have been ill and have not looked carefully enough at our credit card bill. Lo and Behold, we noticed monthly charges of over 135.00 that had appeared on our account for months.

Apparently in that time, they had sent letters telling us that this was going to cost money, and then that it was going to cost more money. I don't remember seeing such letters and wouldn't have paid attention to them because I didn't ever agree to pay them anything for this so called service which I do not want. How many people have this charge on their credit card and haven't noticed it or noticed it and called to cancel. This is the purest form of scam! Does anyone know what can be done to get a refund on this money or to stop them from perpetrating this on a hapless public?

I have been on disability a year and I never thought to collect on this benefit, because I never was aware I had a benefit.

Please help!
