Chase Merritt chase merritt real estate fund, chase merritt investments, chase merritt investment fund Heartless, ruthless, they dont return calls and are very chicken about the way they do business newport beach, California
Chase merritt purchased a note at sale on my house i called and called and got no answer from any of them at chase merritt. then some kid that was a scout for them finally called back i offered them 50% more then they paid for the note and they refused.
I couldnt even get a return call from these blood sucking bottom feeders these people are ruthless and take advantage of people when they face hard times. they dont even have the common courtesy of returning calls or answering emails.
How could a company such as this survive in these times if you do any business with them or are considering it please reconsider as there business practices lack professionlism and respect.
what goes around comes around for companies and people like this! John Locke answer your phone and have some guts to talk to the people you are getting ready to take away their homes.
lets hope that the executives at Chase merritt dont loose there jobs and have some insensitive pricks come over and take away the place they live..
