I received a bill from Slate in April ,for a charge with a membership from Amazon Prime .The amount was for 108.41. I never made this purchase. I called Slate to dispute this charge. I also called Amazon and told them what happpened, they said they would take care of this. Amazon did. Then I received a letter stating from Slate that this issue has been resolved. April 25,2017. July i received a statement. from Slate  0 balance.Then August I received a statement with balance put back on. Called spoke with dispute department don't pay it. Then received another statement today charging me interest on this amount and a fee charge. Called again spoke with dispute department, kept going all around never answering my question,why I am still being charged this amount when this was resolved.

Well after 3 hrs of on the phone . I was asked by agent, ID number : U409022 and ID number W445649 . If i paid 135.36

this would clear my account. So after some thought I paid this amount. The only reason I did this is to get my credit number back up.

I am not done with they way I was treated and the different invoices I received over and over . I recommend never to deal with this company ever again.

i am still being charged interest and fees. I was on the phone today after 3 hrs.trying to reslove. I spoke with six different people.

I was disconnected over and over. I then returned the call again repeating myself over each time. I was told they would ajust this,the whole time until the last person I spoke with said No. This time there trying to put the blame on other issues . I feel 3 hours on the phone was horrible.This to me is abuse. I will keep fighting to this is resolved.

I recently sent proof to Slate Card from a statement sent to me with zero balance.I also have more proof from there customer service saying the same thing. Slate is also charging interest . I refuse to use this card. I also have proof from Amazon on this issue.
