Firstly the merchant in question has been in contact and a "full and final" payment agreement was established on the 18th June 2008. This process can take anytime between 1 and 2 weeks dependant on returned payments. The merchant also in question had received multiple payments during this week (16th & 17th June 2008). If any customer doesn't get product fulfillment then a refund would be offered however we have knowledge that the consumer has already disputed the payment with his/her bank therefore no refund would be issued.
