Stay clear of this internet company. They are running a scam. They took the money out of my account on the same day that I made the order.

Dino Rivas representing cheap-cigarettes-supermarket claims that he never recieved the money. Jessica, who represents echarge.cc and is linked to his website and who is mentioned on another rip off website for stealing money from customers bank accounts claims that she sent Dino the money.

After many of my e-mail complaints, Dino e-mails me and informs me that he recieved the money and has sent my order, then after a few days Dino e-mails me again and informs me that he never recieved the money and can't ship my order, so he blantantly lied to me.

It is obvious that they are working together blaming each other for stealing my money and the end result is Dino sent me a e-mail telling me that there is nothing he can do to help as if he was an innocent bystander. So no money and no filled order.

Stay far away from this website.

Firstly the merchant in question has been in contact and a "full and final" payment agreement was established on the 18th June 2008. This process can take anytime between 1 and 2 weeks dependant on returned payments. The merchant also in question had received multiple payments during this week (16th & 17th June 2008). If any customer doesn't get product fulfillment then a refund would be offered however we have knowledge that the consumer has already disputed the payment with his/her bank therefore no refund would be issued.
