Cheap Ride Auto BIG RIP OFF COMPANY! wilson, North Carolina
In March 2012, my husband and I were in dire need of a vehicle. My husband travels and we found Cheap Ride had low down payments and low monthly payments. We purchased a Blazer for 500 down within the first month, we had to replace all four shocks. When the shaking and the swaying side to side didn't stop, we looked at the tires. All four had flat spots and needed to be replaced. In the second month, after payment number 1, I was by myself and broke down. I had to pay 100.00 tow bill and repair bill was 693.00 I made cheap ride aware of of the expense and the owner "Randy" was not available to talk. After the first repair, the vehicle started to hesitate and not run well. My husband did a tune up and discovered the plugs were not put in right, nor were they gaped according to specifications. Then within three weeks, I broke down again. By this time, payment number 2 had been made. Another 100.00 tow and a repair bill of 100.00. Again, the owner, "Randy" was not available. After this fix, we decided to go to Texas to visit our daughter. 40 miles from her house, the vehicle breaks down yet again. 65.00 tow bill and 243.00 repair bill. We pick the vehicle up from the garage in Georgetown TX and drive less than 50 miles and the vehicle breaks down again. 70.00 tow and no repair because the motor has blown.
Now, we recently took our 95 mustang gt to "Randy" to see if he would like to purchase the vehicle to sell. He laughed and said that our car wouldn't pass inspection. There was nothing wrong with our car other than an ignition pin needed to be put in. He then told us that he "Always checks his vehicles with a mechanic before he sells them"....Liar!!!!!
All I can say is if he wants to repo his blazer, he can go to Georgetown Tx and get it!!!
