They cancelled the reservation have leg of the trip, and kept the return! Isn't that pure madness.  And all the agent in India could offer is I am sorry!  That ticket was 400 dollars but I am ready to go to court over this.  Nobody competent to talk too and on top of that spent have the day at the airport, hoping they would fix it. On top of that when I called them to reconfirm the reservation, they said it was active! Which mean according to there record the trip is on.  Asking for a supervisor does not help, they will either say they are to busy, offer to call back which never happens or ask if u want to wait on line for an 1 or 2.
