I've purchased a round-trip ticket to Korea from this company in the end of November. But I wanted to change the departing date from March to April, so I asked them for the exchange in the end of February.

On the confirm!ation e-mail they sent me, and on their website, it says that the tickets are non-refundable, but exchangable with the penaty fee.

But when I called them, they changed their words and said that the tickets are only refundable with the early termination fee, and that it will take about 4 weeks to process it.

I, of course, wasn't happy with it because I had to get to Korea in the mid April, but I was given no choice. So I waited a month and called them, and they told me that the check was never even processed and that I had to wait one more week. I was already getting mad at this point, but I did wait for a week.

I called them back after a week, then they said their supervisor will contact me in a week.

So I waited another week and called them cause their f***in awsome supervisor never have contacted me. Then they said I'll have to wait 10 more days to recieve my refund.

I called them back after a week, and asked if it was processed yet, and they said that they have put the money in my bank account on the day before, and that it will appear on my account by the next day at the latest. That 'next day' was yesterday, and I still haven't got my refund yet.

I feel like I have given them more than enough time to give me a refund, and they have really tested my patience.

I also feel like they don't even have any excuse to take this long, for I have sent them plenty of emails, and called them hundreds of times which they barely ever answered!

I'm supposed to be in Korea right now for the interview next week, and I'm supposed to start working from May. In the past 2 months, that I was waiting for a refund from them, the plane tickets have gotten way more expensive than they were.

I'm so f***in tired of checking my bank account 50 times a day to see that I still haven't got my refund. I have waited this long, and I even told them plenty of times how import!ant this is to me, and I still haven't got the refund?

And not only that, they're taking $175 from me too. You gotta be f***in kidding me. I mean, does this sound fair to you?

They have wasted sooo much of my time, and caused me sooo much trouble, and they're taking money from me? I am f***in sick of hearing them changing words everytime I get in contact with them. Even if I call them right now and ask about the refund, I already know what their answer will be.

They have already lost all the credit from me, and I feel like I already gave them enough chances.

All I asked for as a customer was a better customer service.

But all I've got from them was all the troubles with my family and my future job. I want my money back RIGHT NOW, and I feel no need of paying them the early termination fee either, for THIS IS NOT EVEN 'EARLY' AT ALL!

Like I said on the report, they said that the tickets were non-refundable but EXCHANGABLE. They were the ones who changed their words around and said that the tickets are not exchangable but they can give me a refund. And does it seem like I got what I paid for? I paid $1000 and what do I have now? I suggest you actually read before you say anything. Thank you.

One report is sufficient for getting your point across. As I replied earlier, you went the cheap route, and got cheap service in return. Ever hear the old adage, "you get what you pay for"? Buying the cheapest, non-refundable ticket, and then changing your mind and demanding the ticket to be modified is simply NOT going to work with ANY airline, let alone el cheapo. Get over it already. Learn your lesson from this experience and move on. On a separate note, may I suggest you watch your language when attempting to solve personal and professional issues. Having a very vocal potty mouth gets you nowhere fast, as I'm sure you've learned in this situation.
