Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company has the worst customer service that I've ever had to deal with. I booked a ticket with them, and due to a glitch in there system my flight was booked on the day after what I'd scheduled.

I figured that this would be an easy fix. God was I wrong. When I called customer service the lady, after five minutes of holding, seemed nice enough. She told me that they'd be able to fix my problem. Then she told me that it'd only cost me $25. When I told her that I shouldn't have to pay a fee for something that was there responsibility, I was told that I should have done it over the phone instead of online.

When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she told me that he was on the phone and that he'd say the same thing she had. I had to argue with her to let me speak with him. Finally she consented, and I sat on the phone for another ten minutes at which point I was hung up on. When I called back I got the same response, and again was hung up on.

The third try I finally got to speak to the supervisor, and she was right, he did tell me that they wouldn't do anything about it. I let him know that this was bad business, and that waiving a $25 fee was better than losing a $264 sale. He told me that they were in business to make money. ???? I then told him that they'd never receive my business again, to which he responded, "That's fine."

Never, never, never use this company for your airline tickets. Worst of my online purchasing experience, and I still don't have a ticket.

I would like to apologize for the bad experience you had while trying to make changes to a booking you made via our website. Like most companies, we are in the business to make money, however, I feel this could of been explained and handled in a professional manner. If you could provide me with your booking confirmation let me look into what can be done to assist you with the $25.00 rebooking fee. Also, Cheapoair.com does not get any of the money for the cost of the airline tickets, that is solely paid to the individual airlines, that is why we charge service fees, to pay for our service of automation and processing of your bookings. You can email me at [email protected], and provide me with your booking confirmation and a brief description again of what has transpired. Regards, [email protected]

I almost booked a flight with this company in the total amount of 1,188. That is until I came across this report. The the line the author wrote when the $25 would not be waived as the company "in it to make money" well their 25 dollar stand just cost them almost $1200.
