Cheaptickets.Cheaptickets.com Very misleading practices. I booked online, received a great deal on plane tickets. A few weeks later, I got an email saying they were changing the itinerary. Unknown Internet
Cheaptickets practices are misleading. They provide you with itineraries and say they are non-refundable. However, they change the itinerary on you and if the new itinerary is not acceptable, you're up the creek.
Customer service is terrible. Call waits are ridiculous! Never a supervisor available to escalate the call. I was on the line for over 90 minutes! I tried to contact via their website, and after writing my complaint the system apparently had an "error" an could not process my request. I sent several emails to reservations@cheaptickets and all I received was an automated email saying they were reviewing my request.
