The rebates at any retail outlet is offered by the manufacture of the product and not the retailer. Your issue should be with company offering the rebate and not with checker

Just a heads up that Kragen contracts with Continental Promotions Group, Inc. based out of Tempe, AZ to process rebates/issue checks. CPG filed for Chapter 11 on November 14th; anyone who submitted a rebate after that date probably won't have it honored. People who did receive a check it will probably be returned NSF. CPG has been paid by the vendors to process the rebates but this money has "disappeared" and cannot be accounted for. I would contact Kragen directly and see if they will make good on the rebate. Good Luck!

Deanna, First, go to your bank and get front and back certified copies of the check, and the original if possible, along with any statements of fees you paid. If the check came out of AZ, you need to submit the complaint there. Go to the State website, or to the Maricopa County website, and then to the District Attorney, then the bad check program. AZ is vigilant in consumer protection. They will most likely get you your money. GOOD LUCK!!
