checkmate.com total scam Internet
I signed up to receive background checks through Checkmate.com and soon found out that they were a total ripoff. I had to pay $22.85 for this service. I called and demanded a full refund. They at first refused and later said they'd refund 50%. I didn't give in and eventually got them to issue a full refund. My advice is that if this happens to you, don't give up, stand firm. Good luck!!
