Chenango Import Motors ripoff bad service Utica New York
I bought a 2004vtx13000c motorcycle new from chenango honda in 2004.I put aprox. 4,000 miles on it,when i began to have a wobble in the front end,at around 40 t0 45 mph.This shaking was so severe that if i didnt hold the handelbars very tightly,i would have lost control of the bike.I brought the bike back to the dealer and after three consecutive visits over a period of weeks,my problem is still not resolved.Not only did they lie to me about road testing the bike,they told me the wobble was the personality of the bike.I then called the factory help line and told them the whole story.They said i should bring the bike back to the dealer to resolve the problem.When i told them that i tried three times unsucessfully.they said they couldnt help me any further.I am shocked by this entire expreience.I now have to find somewhere to fix this problem,as i cant even sell it the way it is.
