Chess.com bad business to deal with mountain view California
i have tried to upgrade my account many times, but when i finally got someone on the phone, they were nasty with me and made me feel horrible because i couldnt sign up online. after i paid money my account was never upgraded and my account was restricted and i cant get anyone to return my calls or emails ... best believe i will never play on chess.com ever again and never recomend the site to any who wants to enjoy a simple game of chess. thanks chess.com you just lost a sincere customer and chess enthusiast.
