My advice - AVOID CHEW VALLEY ESTATES.
Letting Agents are legally obliged to put deposits into a Deposit Protection Scheme within 30 days of the tenancy commencing; this protects both landlords and tenants. This lot think that this law does not apply to them.
Example - The £750.00 deposit was NOT PROTECTED because they could not be bothered to put it into a scheme until questionned about it 13 MONTHS LATER!
Landlords or tenants, seek a letting agent elsewhere.
