Both myself and my girlfriend have been using Chews4Health a few years. Not wishing to run out or have to make frequent orders I ordered two cartons of 12 individual boxes each containing 60 tablets, a 30 day supply, at a cost of three hundred and forty one dollars ( $341.00). They were stored in the pantry which is located in my home which has central heat and air conditioning. I never considered inspecting the product when it arrived since the boxes showed no evidence of damage. That was in mid 2016. It was not until the end of 2017 when I ran out of what had been purchase earlier that I opened the cartons and discovered that all 24 boxes were unusable. Instead of being tablets they were mush, They looked as though they may have been exposed to high heat either in transit or prior to shipping. I called the company and was told that I had no claim since the product was out of date which meant I was out my three hundred and forty one dollars ( $341.00).

My girlfriend still had a few boxes from the earlier purchase (expiration date 09/16 and they are as good as the day they arrived so it stands to reason that the product we received at a later date (expiration date 01/18 had to be bad before we got it which makes their position so hard to accept. Twice, the person taking calls at the number provided said she would forward my request to Dr. David Friedman for either a refund or product replacement. The first time she got back to me with a negative. My second request elicited no response. Aside from all the claims by the company that they have a 60 day refund policy it is apparent beyond any doubt that I received damaged goods and just because I did not open the product within their designated time frame I'm stuck with it. Maybe they should not sell in quantities in excess of their 60 day rule. I feel I have definitely been ripped off. I hope by seeing this others may avoid experiencing the same .
