Chiappa Firearms Defective units not repaired, poor quality Dayton Ohio
As a licensed FFL dealer I purchased a Chiappa Firearms M4-22LR upper receiver from SOG International in Ohio . Before purchasing the upper receiver I mentioned that I would install the upper recveiver on a New Frontier Lower. The sales person at Chiappa stated I may need to replace the hammer. Of course the Chiappa did not funtion properly and a new hammer was ordered. After only one shot the forearm failed to function. I called Chiappa and they issued an return authorization and they would repair under warranty. After waiting almsot 2 months I received the firearm back and it was still not working. A call to Chiappa resulted in them telling me they're not repsonsible and will do nothing more for me. The people who answer the telephones as well as the repair personel at Chiappa demonstrate the poorest in business attiutde. Their products, reliabilty and service are sub standard. I would NEVER recommend anyhone doing business with Chiappa Firearms. I am now faced with a piece of equipment that doesn't work and a pissed off customer
