Chica Boutique Ripped me off and I want the world to know Dallas Texas
I ordered a dress from this company on July 25 2014. Still I haven't received anything . Their only way of contacting them was though a message. I sent 3 messages before I got a respond and even then they did nothing. I emailed them 4 times to refund my money . I then asked about a month ago for a phone number so I can speak to a person. At first they sent me the wrong number . So I asked for another phone number. They sent me a number. I called and a man answered and said he's the owner and he will be contacting me back about my refund this pass Monday September 29 2014. I still haven't heard anything and when I call this number back which I call everyday I get no answer now. This place is such a rip off and I hope everyone sees this and keep away from these theives.
