On Feb 04,.2009 I woke up and found my 2 mo. old unresponsive @ 6:00AM.I jump up call 911 and do cpr until help got there. They come do CPR she don't make it.Later, like 8:00PM I receive a phone call from CPS saying that I had to be to court at 2PM on the 5TH because it is the law when a baby passes in Michigan and there is other children in the home I am like what she tells me I am not going to take your kids it is just mandatory we have a court hearing so anyway I go to the funeral home set that up and then go straight to court from there I get there and she took my kids after flat out lying so I proceed with my daughters funeral on the 6th and I have been doing anything and everything to get them back They still are not home. They have a different excuse everytime to not give them to me.Then they was in my parents care they removed them from there on 11-05 because I went to my kids halloween party at school what sense does that make.My kids are getting so hurt and confused. They are only 2,5,6,and then my baby that passed which turned 1onDec.4,2009.Anyways,there has to be someone or something that can and will protect us and our innocent children from this sick system.Granite some children do need help from there lifestyle but they need to investigate thoroughly before removing children from there families.Tha is a awful big decision to make to play guessing games and it is only affecting the children at least they are the ones suffering the worst all over someone's misjudgement.....It is rediculous

Did the court give you a reason for taking your children? They just can't take your children for no reason. Was there something written on the death certificate that may of lead them to believe something happened to the child other than medical? Have you seeked an attorney to help you? Many will do pro bono work or even try contacting legal aid.

Whatever the out come is, I hope it is best for the children. Thoughts and Prayers to you and your family
