Yes, I contacted to corporate office and they first told me that I needed to file a complaint online. I called back and informed them that I wasn't complaining about service at Chipotle, that my complaint was fraud using credit card info. I was transferred to their Accounts Payable and they pretended they didn't know what I was talking about. Then she finally said, "Oh, I see here that we have had some IT issues at this location and it's probably a duplicate charge that should be reversed." She then told me that I needed to contact my bank. Which I already had done. She states that the charges should be reversed because of the IT issue. Saying, "Tony", the IT guy was working on it. It basically sounded made up. Later, after coming home and checking my husband's account. THE SAME THING happened with his debit card. He had made a purchase on a certain day, AND I WAS WITH HIM, and there were 2 charges from Chipotle. One was for the actual purchase we made and the other was made 30 minutes later for $14.23 that was unauthorized. This all happened last week.

That is a good place to start - only certain staff members stay after closing every night. Chipotle is a chain as well - have you contacted corporate offices? If it is happening to you it is probably happening to a lot of customers.
