I too have fallen victim to this fraudulent company. I have been unable to contact any of the others who have posted complaints here. It seems specific information is edited out and made unavailable, such as phone numbers, etc... Dr. Neville in Edgewood Kentucky should be sufficient information for other doctors who have been victimized by this company to contact me. I have spoken to an attorney who will represent us, unless there is a current suit I learn about that I can join. I am contacting the profession through other avenues in an attempt to find as many other victims as I can.

I signed up in November of 2007 and was waiting until the end of my guarantee period in November to raise a stink, but I went to call them today and the phones have been disconnected and the website is gone.

A Chiropractor getting Ripped Off?

#2Consumer Comment

Thu, February 02, 2012

I have no pity.

Your "profession" is one of fraud and voodoo. Time after time, we read about unnecessary treatments and xrays, diathermy by non-authorized techs, and critical "adjustments" on babies who haven't even stopped growing.

You do completely crazy diagnostic procedures such as having a patient hold a bottle of pills in one hand and if they can hold them higher, that's the pills they need. If the bottle-arm drops, you try another bottle of your herbs and spices.

Anyone questioning any comments that are anti-chiropractor need only google "chiropractic fraud" and face the music.

Even health plans are starting to wake up and disallow the repetitive billing for "hotpacks" and physical therapy when "prescribed" by a chiropractor. They typically schedule and treat you for the maximum time allowed...3 times a week for 6 weeks and then weekly follow ups, and monthly follow ups FOR LIFE.

And you got scammed by a company that deals in "practice building" to bring you a continuous flow of new patients since people suddenly wake up to the reality that your profession is smoke and mirrors. Hell, you can't even prescribe real drugs because the FDA in it's wisdom knows that you're not really doctors.

Suffer. No pity.
