I Signed up for 24 sessions of chiropractic adjustments. The out of pocket expense, after insurance, was quoted to be $600. I went to three sessions and then they closed the office overnight (the streeterville office in the NBC building). I was charged $522 for just the three sessions (charged my credit card, which im disputing right now).
I have tried by all means to reason with thier people on the phone, particularly Maggie Johnson and some rude woman in billing, just to find out that you are not willing to right your wrong because of fear of being accused of insurance fraud. I've looked onine and its seems to be a very common occurance. These people are in the business of scamming paitiens and insurance companies. Its disgraceful. I have filed a Report with the Illinoins Attoney General's office. I encourage all victimes of Chiro one to file reports here, with the BBB and with the Attoney General. It has to stop.
Its people like these who make insurance so expensive for everyone by scamming companies and patients. Taking adantge of peoples pain and suffering... its disgraceful.
