Called choice rewards on 26 Nov 2012 to make reservations for free hotel Stay, which i should of received due to taking 2 trips between aug 30 and Nov 14 which the first night stay was in st louis, mo on sept 23, 2012 and the second night stay was in Peoria, ill on Nov 10, 2012 when i called to book my free night stay, i was told i did not have my points credited so i had to call another number 18887706800 and spoke with alex then was told i had to call the number to book reservations and i told him in sept i called the the choice rewards and in nov i booked online which is stated in the promotion after being on hold several times and i asked to speak to supervisor (in which never they never did transfer me to one) i was told i to fax receipt of payment for hotel which is crazy because i logged into my choice rewards account and both stays are posted needless to say i still have not recieved the points that i should for staying these 2 nights in the promotional period or been awarded my free night, what a fraud choice rewards is!! Will never stay at these hotels again, will stay with (((competitor's name redacted))) rewards never been cheated out of my rewards with them!
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
