Beware of Chris Gipson of Midsouth Wholesale & Auctions and Plates!! He advertises his automobile dealership license for rent on the internet!! He took my money, after many attempts he did send partial payment and promised to send the remainder within 2 weeks, that time has passed with no communication at all, finally after attempting to expose him I did get an email. I will continue to expose him for the thief that he is on every website that I can until I get my money in full!!

I received an email from him on April 16, 2017 that verifies that I am not the only person that he has done this to and that he owes!! If you value your money and ethics steer clear of him!!

Subject: Important Message- Company Status

I would like to address the happenings the last few days in regards to the status of the company and finances.  I learned last week that last year an ex broker informed an eviction court that he was receiving regular paychecks from my company.  A court ordered garnishment on his pay was totally not expected nor prepared for.  The status of the company is fine.  We are in fine standing with the state and the auctions.  However, I would recommend not selling anything back through the auctions until I have things straightened out.  I am in the process of demonstrating how this broker was paid in order to remedy this situation.  If you currently are waiting on check reimbursement, I simply ask for your patience.  This has affected my business funds in a drastic way and I am working feverishly to correct it.  I will be speaking with some of you individually this week regarding any funds you may be waiting on and what I can do to help. I apologize for this problem but expect to have it resolved soon.

Best Regards,

Chris

How ironic that you are a liar as well as a thief!!! Nonetheless, the money you stole is mine. You are "renting" your dealer license, you have numerous plugs on the Topix website under "Renting auto dealer license"!! You also have many alias's on the site along with many people that you have ripped off over the years who are onboard with me!! Having all those alias's from different states alone shows you are a desperate man on the run!! I have done my homework and am ready to present it!! There were no "unpaid" vehicles by Lou!! You haven't repaid everyone within 48 hours! You need to quit lying and "Man Up"!! We have numerous emails from you crying the blues and I am over it!!

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, May 22, 2012

We do not rent out a dealers license, but we do take the misuse our our license very seriously.  Ms. "Dixie" is not an independent contractor or us, nor has she ever been.  Her husband however has.  Therefore, she is not aware of what has been said, signed, agreed, ect...  I responded to her email as soon as it was read, not due to threats of being "exposed".  There were not any "many attempts" for payment of money owed.  Partial payment was sent, however the remainder is having to pay for Unpaid vehicles and fees set forth by the contractor employed.  There are No other contractors involved at this time as everyone was paid within 48 hours.
