Chris Wallis - Christopher Wallis Rental House Scam HUntington BEach California
I have been attempting to reach a man named Chris Wallis in reference to a refund of $880.00 of the $1380.00 for a trip to California for school in September.I was renting his hosue. A trip to California for September 2008 had been cancelled for rasons out of my control, but asked Mr. Wallis to apply $500.00 to the original deposit of $1500.00 for the August 2009 trip. He was fine with that.That email was sent on March 7, 2008. Since then I have emailed him numerous times and has contacted the advertising company he has gone through in reference to him not responding to my emails or phone calls. He emailed me, that he was sending a check and no money amount given on Friday April 4, 2008. He also replied to my email email on April 11, 2008 thathe would send me a check if the money was not there by Monday April 14, 2008. As of April 15, 2008 Ms. Freigruber notified you again via her cell phone and he did not reply to the call. As of April 19th, he refused to sign for a letter and has not replied to my emails or phone calls.
