CHRISTIAN SOLDIER IS REALLY ANTI-CHRISTIAN GUNSHOP
ANTI-CHRISTIAN SOLDIER IS A "BASEMENT BANDIT" (a label law enforcement uses to describe crooks like Mr Shiflett, owner of "anti-christian gun shop")
In October 1999 I trusted Mr. Shiflett to sell one of my firearms. I told Mr. Shiflett when he sold my gun I would like to buy 2 Ruger guns, the p45 and p90 semi-autos. These guns were on display at many other gun shops in the area such as Valley Gun. However due to Mr.Shiflett's being a "basement bandit" he did not have either of the guns in stock. He demanded a $300.00 deposit in addition to my gun, I had given him on consignment, a rather valuable cast not stamped AK-47. I,of course questioned his aparrent greed for having my valuable gun and his demand for $300.00 for 2 ordinary Ruger guns that other gun shops had in their display cases. He said he was giving me a good price because he kept his inventory low. That seemed plausible to me so I trusted Mr. Shiflett with my gun and $300.00.
In November 1999, a month later I called him regarding our transaction, he was unavailable. His "little dump" was only open 1 or 2 days of the week and it took me 2 weeks to get in touch with him. After having my gun on consignment for over 6 weeks he did not sell it. He had not even ordered my "plain vanilla" Rugers with my $300.00 deposit. I told him that was outrageous and fraudulent business practice. I demanded my gun and $300.00 back he refused at first. I then called the Maryland State Police and reported his fraudulent business activities. They were very sympathetic, however they told me that it would be a civil matter and cautioned me, never to deal with basement bandits, like ANTI-CHRISTIAN GUN SHOP.
After much fighting with Mr. Shiflett he was forced by the MD State Police to return my gun, as it was registered in my name.
SHIFLETT STILL HAS MY $300.00.
Here is the worst part. My girlfriend offered to act as process server for Baltimore County District Court in our suit against him to recover our $300.00.
ON THE DAY IN DECEMBER WHEN STEPHANIE WENT INTO ANTI-CHRISTIAN GUN SHOP WITH THE DISTRICT COURT SUMMONS MR. SHIFLETT LOCKED HER IN HIS STORE WITH SOME OTHER CUSTOMERS AND IMPRISONED HER FOR 20 MINUTES VERBALLY ASSAULTING HER. HE HAD HIS GANG OF FELLOW CRIMINALS ASSIST HIM IN A HEANEOUS CRIMINAL ACT OF FALSE IMPRISONMENT OF AN OFFICER OF THE BALTIMORE COUNTY DISTRICT COURT.
ROBERT SHIFLETT IS A CRIMINAL WITH A GUN SHOP. WOULD YOU BUY A GUN FROM A CRIMINAL?
Here is supporting documentation in the form of letters written to Ruger and Judge Rasin both have done nothing to enforce the law. Would you buy a gun from a criminal?

Dear Mr. Ruger,
My name is Stephanie L. C. I was the private process server, for the District Court of Maryland, serving the summons on Robert Shifflet of Christian Soldier Gunshop.
I went to the door with the papers and he unlocked the door with the buzzer, allowing me in. I approached the counter, asked if he was Mr. Shifflet, and served him the papers. I turned to leave and he refused to unlock the door. He then proceeded to interrogate me with personal questions. I felt fearful of not answering his questions since he was armed and there were two or three other men in the store who were smiling and enjoying his behavior.
I kept asking him to Please unlock the door now. He proceeded to ask more questions. He stood there smiling, laughing and his customers were smiling and snickering.
I felt so humiliated and powerless. He had the buzzer to the door and refused to unlock it until I had satisfactorily answered his questions about my personal life and child.
I am afraid of this man. I have been working up the nerve to press charges, and file a criminal complaint, against Mr. Shifflet and his customers, for harassment and false imprisonment.
Mr. Ruger, this man is a punk with a gun and a buzzer, do you want him selling your guns?
Sincerely,
Stephanie L. C

RE: Case # 5c-126593
Dear Honorable Martha Rasin,
May 8, 1999 I was acting as a private process server for the District Court of Maryland delivering a summons to Mr. Robert Schiflet owner of Christian Soldier Gun shop. After I had entered the gun store and delivered the summons, Mr. Shiflet held me captive questioning me repeatedly on my personal life.
I thought long and hard before filing a complaint against Mr. Shiflet for false imprisonment for two reasons. The first reason being that I am aware of the lackadaisical attitude of society. People would reason that he only held me for about 10 minutes so what's the big deal?
Well, Judge Rasin, those are MY ten minutes and Mr. Shiflet is not an officer of the law and he has no legal right to detain me for questioning.
The second reason being that the summons I delivered to him, was on behalf of my friend at the time, now my husband, John Sions II. I reasoned that I would not be believed because someone would say I was making it up because of John's complaint against him.
These two questions haunted me for about nine months. I was angry at what Mr. Shiflet had done to me. Yet, I knew it would be next to impossible for me to get a fair trial because some smart-alec would say I was doing it for John. A very frustrating position to be in, at best.
Eventually I decided that America is built on this judicial system because it works. So I took the leap of faith. The police officer that took the report believed me. The commissioner with whom I filed the report believed me and I even think Judge Williams believed me.
However, she chickened out and declared a mistrial based on the fact that John had filed a complaint against her and Robert Shiflet had cozied up to her, by writing a letter for her behalf regarding John's complaint.
Before she heard the case and declared a mistrial, my joke of a prosecutor, Andrew Belt asked me if I cared that she had ruled on John's case before me. I said I didn't care because that ruling has nothing to do with Mr. Shiflets other crime and that I believed in her fairness. Mr. Shiflet and I both agreed that she could rule on our case. She just backed out, only after she heard the whole thing and satisfied her curiosity. Complete with a convenient excuse not to rule. Shouldn't she have said something in the first place?
Thanks a lot Judge Williams.
Mr. Shiflet and I were herded next door to a Judge Russell. He said at the end of the trial that because I had waited so long to file a complaint and because Mr. Shiflet told a half-truth that he might have asked me a question or two, he believed Mr. Shiflets story over mine.
During the course of the second trial, Mr. Shiflet stated that he had no camera in the store, when in the first trial he said it was off. The States Prosecutor just let that slide by without so much as a raised eyebrow.
In the second trial Mr. Shiflet's father said that he held me for two minutes at best. Openly admitting to the fact while conveniently changing the time span.
Mr. Andrew Belt also referred to me as Mrs. Shiflet. Seems to me someone else was on his mind. Maybe he had been persuaded by her pre-trial. The whole time I could not speak out because Judge Russell would have cited me for contempt of court. I was forced to sit through a sloppy prosecution and say nothing.
Well Judge Rasin, I was within my legal right and time limit to file this case against Mr. Shiflet. I think that Judge Russell is a corrupt judge who does not respect statutes of limitations outlined in the law; using time as the yardstick for a person's integrity.
Statutes of limitations are there for a reason Judge Raysen. Just because someone is well thought out before filing a complaint, isn't a reason to enter a not guilty judgment on a criminal trial.
An attorney has informed me that I cannot appeal Judge Russell's decision because it was The State of Maryland vs. Robert Shiflet. My only alternative would be a civil suit. That would be time consuming and expensive. Do I want my ten minutes to turn into weeks of litigation? The only compensation I would receive from a suit like that would be monetary. I don't want money Judge Rasin. I want justice.
I want justice for my self and every other woman who enters a place of business with a button controlled lock. It is degrading enough to have to go through such an ordeal without one of the good ole boys letting the perpetrator off completely free without so much as a warning to unlock the door promptly.
Just for the record Judge Rasin, as Mr. Shiflet and I left the courthouse, he said to me, Screw you lady, I had fun with you.
I'm sure you did Mr. Shiflet.
Now my question to you Judge Rasin, is what are you going to do about it? Will you allow one of your Judges violate the statute of limitations law in this case, with a bad ruling? Seems like corruption to me.
I spoke with Mr. Merker who is Mr. Belt immediate supervisor and he said to me, If it were up to me, I wouldn't have put you in front of Judge Russell, no one likes him hearing their cases.
Since I did my civic duty reporting this crime and witnessing for the State, it would have been nice to have a fair hearing along with a competent and zealous prosecutor. Considering that the defendant didn't even bother to be represented by an attorney, that speaks volumes for Mr. Belt's lack of competence. He is an embarrassment for the State of Maryland. He doesn't even return his phone calls.
What I ended up having is the criminal walk away laughing at me.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Sincerely,
Stephanie L. C
