If you are an employee with the Dallas Indepent School District or have invested any money with Chris Zaal, Blake Zaal, Kenneth Pinkney of Southwest Financial from McKinney Texas please be aware that they are under investigation for several Ponzi Schemes.
Resort Holdings, DelGreene Financial are two of the companies that are under Federal investigation. If youhave also invested money with Horace Mann Financial please contact Horace Mann and close your account.
Also make a complaint against Blake Zaal or either Kenneth Pinkney with the Texas Department of Insurance for their fraudulent activities. Chris Zaal has already lost his licsence to sell financial services.
These three individuals has defrauded over 100 people in the DFW area. Please contact the Tx Department of Insurance, FBI, and FDIC as soon as possible.

Christopher Zaal and Blake Zaal have filed a defamation lawsuit against John Doe Defendant "Anderson" in the 417th District Court, Collin County, Texas. The case number is 417-02136-2014
Plaintiffs have also filed a notice of subpoena to Xcentric Ventures, requesting the originating IP address and e-mail address of the user responsible for this report. And this will pull up the motion that has been filed with the State of Colorado where he has been issued a Cease and Desist Order for the DelGreene Ponzi scheme.
If anyone is concerned about doing business with either Chris Zaal, Blake Zaal, Kenneth Pinkney they should check this info out for themselves.

Southwest Financial Group is a legitimate business located within McKinney, Texas. We have all of the appropriate business licenses within the State of Texas. We have never done business in Louisiana, where this so called Anderson is from. Southwest Financial Group is not under any investigation by any federal or state organization. Our reputation within the Dallas ISD, and all other Independent School Districts within the area is one to be recognized. We have many clients that are pleased with the information that we provide and offer. In response to the statements made within the report above: Chris Zaal doesnt hold a license within the State of Texas as he is no longer selling financial services to anyone. Chris Zaal, Blake Zaal, and Kenneth Pinkney have never had a legitimate complaint with any organization. Horace Mann is an A- rated company that works specifically for Teachers and employees within school districts. This post was left by a disgruntled past representative. All statements are untrue and completely unjustified.
We have been in business since 1994, in that time we have assisted teachers, educators, and other staff within the School Districts of North Texas. Our job is to help them decipher the rigorous and tough retirement paperwork from the State. We also show teachers what they will receive when they do in fact retire. In most cases, the employee will not receive 100% of their pay.
