Chrome Fusion - Sanjoy Motorcycle Engraving Poor product, failed to ship, never shipped/delivered item as paid for Internet
After ordering a custom derby cover (Apr 09) and gas cap for my Harley Davidson this company took my money, then took 9 months to ship my derby cover which arrived looking like crap. Poor engraving and plating ($149 for derby cover) I complained and they assured they would get another out to me. Never came. A gas cap I ordered was shipped and looked good, but it took 8 months to get it. I have sent email after email and all I get from Joyce is "we are shipping it right out" and "you are #1 on the list", god help #2! The latest is that her husband who is the engraver has a terminal illness. They were selling on Ebay under "jsvegas", no longer a registered user, with several negative and neutral feedbacks.
