My husband and I FILED FOR CHAPTER 13 BANKRUTCY DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS WITH OUR HOUSE LOAN.. We just bought our new van and went through chrysler for our loan.. we reafirmed with them and it was included in our payment to the court.. for two and half years we paid the court every month and they show that we did and they paid cf...
well in January of 2001 chrysler went to court did not notify our lawyer and told the judge that we had not paid..them for two years our bankrutcy was dismissed and
we lost our home and car and they srewed up our credit we are been in the process of suing them .. our lawyer hates them the suck we have two court dates canceled and the judge promised we would have a date by March of 2003 as of today we still do not now cf wants to settle but our consel is still getting the run around.. makes you wonder what kickbacks are going where?
they suckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!! never do business with them again!
