Chrysler Financial last minute charges once loan was to be paid off Louisville Kentucky
In June of 2008 my payments with Chrysler Financial was supposed to be satisfide. When I made my payment in May the balance online was showing the normal monthly payment and once that was made it showed a 0.00 balance the loan was supposed to be satisfide. In June I received a call from a representative at Chrysler stipulating I owed them 2,400.00 due to a soft loan. I advised the agent that their records should be rechecked and that once I paid them the last payment of 443.62 I didn't owe them anymore money. I have been repeatedly harrassed by them since then, eveyday I have received more than 7 calls per day..
Today I received a notice of intention to repossess. Please I am asking for your assistance. I have already paid over 30,000.00 for a car that only had a retail of 13,000 and I feel that this loan was a total rip off from the beginning. Financial institutions have kept their foot on the necks of the consumer when their credit isn't up to par and this is totally ridiculous that by the time everything is said and done I would have spent 35,000.00 for a Hyundai Sonata 2002.
